These are the terms and conditions you were presented with on the self-enrolment link, at the point of purchase. These terms and conditions had to be accepted and agreed to before you could continue with your purchase.
From here on out, ‘you’ refers to the buyer and ‘we’ refers to Callspark, the provider.
By continuing with your purchase, you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service:
1. You agree that the use of additional software is required to action the service we have provided and that you are about to purchase. Any additional software required and costs associated with their use are separate and independent of the service you are about to purchase.
2. You agree that the service you are about to purchase is an online, self-paced, digital service product. Purchase of this product comes with access to a client portal that consists of tools to assist your business growth.
3. You accept that failure to keep up with your monthly payment plan will result in your service being revoked. Early cancellation of your plan will also result in your service and members' access being immediately revoked.
4. You accept that due to the nature of this service, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final so by continuing with this purchase you are agreeing to our strict no refund policy.
5. You accept that our site and marketing materials may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. You accept that we do not claim that all users will have the same experiences and that your individual results may vary.
